Thank you for fantastic customer service Sam. Everyone I had contact with in your organization were exemplary in their level of service. Rugs arrived in fine shape and we are installing them this evening. Also Cathy, they were here for 6.5 hours non-stop. Those guys are phenomenal. It took an enormous amount of time to measure – cut so everything flowed like it was woven at the factory that way - no flower out of place and no connection detectable (and there were MANY). I’m sure it was a huge challenge and mentally exhausting and something he wouldn’t want a steady diet of (if I may be allowed to end this sentence in a preposition – LOL).
Just a note to thank you for the history of our rugs and the appraisal. We are enjoying the rugs and couldn’t be happier. Thank you for selecting such great ones for us to choose from.

This note is to thank you for personally going the extra mile to make us satisfied customers is long over due. We especially appreciated the prompt attention you offered to ensure that our rug runner was actually going to be delivered. The long, confusing process we encountered initially was forgotten when we saw the end result! We were releved when you look over and were so sorry to learn that your company took such a loss due to a salesman who didn’t quite know what to do when thing didn’t move along as he had hoped. Personally, Ken and I don’t know anything about rugs, so you were having to work with folks who only knew what we like when we see it. Evidently, we must have had expensive taste. We will be back to purchase more rugs from your company because you made sure you followed through on our order as planned from the start. In fact, I’m busy getting our big entry windows and sidelights covered with UV film to protect out rug runners. We want to check in to buying a matching rug for our front door from you. Enclosed are some pictures to give you an idea of your products beauty and the pride of its installer and new owner. Bill did an unbelievable job installing the runner on our complicated stairwell. He was a joy to work with and probably went beyond the time estimated for this job because he wanted to do his best. You’ve shown a high level of integrity and respect for the customer by standing behind your carpets 100%. I also want to note that Deb, your new design consultant, is a fabulous addition to your staff. She came to my home and within minutes had designed the perfect living room for me. I just wanted to take the time to say how much I enjoy working with your company. In a time when most clients are very difficult they make my job a lot easier. I have worked with Dave, Carol and PK for many years and they are wonderful to work with. The guys in the back are so nice too – they always seem so happy to help when I need a rug pulled down and even on the deliveries they are nothing but pleasant. But the reason I am writing this letter is because I wanted to let you know what a truly valuable employee you have in Nancy. She is wonderful from the minute I walk in the front door and she is always helpful when I call in to check on my clients’ orders.
