I recently spent about $3000 in rug purchases. My salesperson was Rob and he was so patient, knowledgeable and professional; that I just wanted to drop a note to commend him on his services and how well he represents you. I’m in sales and it’s enjoyable to work with someone who knows what he is talking about. I spent 3 weeks rug shopping and probably could have bought a similar rug for a little less, but I felt best working with Rob. He made me feel that he wanted me to be happy with my purchase, more than he just wanted to make the pole.
So, give him a raise.

We especially appreciated the prompt attention you offered to ensure that our rug runner was actually going to be delivered. The long, confusing process we encountered initially was forgotten when we saw the end result!
